गुनगुनी धूप का आशीर्वाद - जीवन के रंगमंच से निर्मला भुरा‍ड़‍या



सुहानी धूप के दिनों में एक पुराने मोहल्ले की एक पुरानी दादी मां याद आती हैं। यह धूप घड़ी पढ़ने वाली दादी मां थीं। धूप सामने वाले खंभे पर कहां चढ़ी है, दीवार पर कहां तक पहुंची है इससे वे समय बता दिया करती थीं, हालांकि मोटे तौर पर ही। दादी मां धूप को बहुत प्यार करती थीं। सर्दियों में गुनगुनी धूप का मजा लेने के लिए, अपनी छोटी सी चटाई लेकर वे, पास के सार्वजनिक भवन के आंगन में पहुंच जातीं और अपनी चटाई बिछा कर बैठ जातीं।

जैसे-जैसे धूप का टुकड़ा जगह बदलता, वे भी अपनी चटाई खिसकाती जातीं और नए टुकड़े का आनंद लेतीं। पुराने घरों में आंगन की धूप बहुत सी महिलाओं की सखी-सहेली रही है। यह धूप उनकी हड्डियों को ताकत देती थी, शरीर को ऊर्जा और मन को खुशी। आज की स्त्रियों और किशोरियों को धूप का सेवन करने के वैसे मौके नहीं मिल पाते हैं। मगर सर्दियों की धूप लेना उनके लिए भी अच्छा है। अब तो इस बात की ताकीद करने के लिए कई अनुसंधान भी आ गए हैं।

वैज्ञानिकों का कहना है कि धूप मूड एलिवेटर है। बंद जगहें और बुझा-बुझा मौसम आपको उदास करता है। इसे सीजनल इफेक्ट डिसऑर्डर कहा जाता है। मगर उजली धूप में निकलने से मूड अच्छा हो जाता है! इस प्रकाश और ऊष्मा से मस्तिष्क में सिरेटॉनिन नामक हारमोन का स्तर बढ़ जाता है, जो कि खुशी का हारमोन है। अतः सर्दियों की गुनगुनी धूप अक्सर अवसादरोधी का भी काम करती है।

धूप से विटामिन डी भी प्राप्त होता है जो कि शरीर में कैल्शियम के अवशोषण के लिए आवश्यक है। विटामिन डी से हड्डियों को मजबूती मिलती है। ऑस्टियोपोरोसिस का खतरा कम होता है। गुनगुनी धूप में बैठने से शरीर का सिकाव भी हो जाता है, इससे सर्दियों में होने वाले जोड़ों के दर्द, जकड़न में आराम मिलता है। किशोरियों का बढ़ता शरीर हो, मध्यवय स्त्री के मेनुपॉज का वक्त या बुढ़ापे में गलती हड्डियां हर उम्र में धूप सेवन के अपने फायदे हैं।
हां, गर्मी की कड़कड़ाती धूप जो माइग्रेनकारक हो, प्यास, बेहोशी, लू लगने आदि का कारण बन जाए उसे तो टाला जाना चाहिए। सर्दी में भी पराबैंगनी किरणों से आंखों और चेहरे की त्वचा की रक्षा करना भी आवश्यक है। इसके उपाय किए जाने के बाद, शरीर पर सर्दी की धूप ली जाए तो यह ऊर्जा, खुशी, विटामिन डी सबकुछ देगी। आखिर हम सबको धूप का आशीर्वाद तो चाहिए ही।

दड़बों जैसे ऑफिस,बहुमंजिला भवनों के आंगन-बगीचा-दालान रहित घरों में घुटन महसूस करते लोगों और कम्प्यूटर, टीवी के घरघुस्सू मनोरंजन से ऊबे लोगों में बाग-बगीचों की सै, टिफिन पार्टी और पिकनिक का चलन अब लौट रहा है। इस बतबस को नए रूप में चाहें तो सर्दियों की दोपहर में सनशाइन पार्टी की जा सकती है जिसके ड्रेस कोड में बड़ी रिम वाला गोल हैट और गॉगल्स शामिल किए जा सकते हैं,बाकी पहनावा चाहे अनौपचारिक हो।

जमा पूंजी येही है उम्र भर की, मेरी तन्हाई और मेरा दिसम्बर,
सबब न पूछ मेरे आंसू का, है पहले हिज्र का पहला दिसम्बर,
मैं इन् यादों से बच के जाओं कैसे, के मिल्लोँ दूर है फेला दिसम्बर,
मेरी आँखों से गर देखो, तो जानो के हर बरसात में जलता दिसम्बर,
अभी तक कोहर मैं डूबा है आँगन. अभी तक याद है पिछला दिसम्बर....

खुशियाँ भी होंगी, बहारें भे होंगी, मगर हम तो गुजरे दिसम्बर की सोचूँ में गूम हैं,

मगर अब अकेले तुम्हें सोचते हैं यही खौफ दमन से लिप्त हुआ है के ऐसा न हो इस बरस भी दिसम्बर तुम्हारे बिना ही कहीं बीत जाय, दिसम्बर तो हर साल आता रहेगा,
मगर तुम न होगे तो कुछ भी न होगा,
सुना है नया साल फिर आ रहा है.....
सुना है नया साल फिर आ रहा है.....
फिर आया एक नया वर्ष, लेकर के एक नया 'हर्ष',
हो जाओ तैयार सहर्ष, करने को एक नया संगर्ष,

अरे शर्म करो, कुछ तो शर्म करो..

नदी तालाब मेँ नहाने मेँ शर्म आती है,
और स्विमिँग पूल मेँ तैरने को फैशन कहते हो....!

गरीब को एक रुपया दान नहीँ कर सकते,
और वेटर को टीप देने मेँ गर्व महसूस करते हो....!

माँ बाप को एक गिलास पानी भी नहीँ दे सकते,
और नेताओँ को देखते ही वेटर बनजाते हो........!

बड़ोँ के आगे सिर ढकने मेँ प्रॉबलम है,
लेकिन धूल से बचने के लिए 'ममी' बनने को भी तैयार हो....!

पंगत मेँ बैठकर खाना दकियानूसी लगता है,
और पार्टियोँ मेँ खाने के लिए लाइन लगाना अच्छा लगता है....!

बहन कुछ माँगे तो फिजूल खर्च लगता है,
और गर्लफ्रेँड की डिमांड को अपना सौभाग्य समझते हो....!

गरीब की सब्जियाँ खरीदने मेँ इंसल्ट होती है,
और शॉपिँग मॉल मेँ अपनी जेब कटवाना गर्व की बात है....!

बाप के मरने पर सिर मुंडवाने मेँ हिचकते हो,
और 'गजनी' लुक के लिए हर महीने गंजे हो सकते हो....!

कोई पंडित अगर चोटी रखे तो उसे एंटीना कहते हो,
और शाहरुख के 'डॉन' लुक के दीवाने बने फिरते हो....!

किसानोँ के द्वारा उगाया अनाज खाने लायक नहीँ लगता,
और उसी अनाज को पॉलिश कर के कंपनियाँ बेचेँ तो 
क्वालिटी नजर आने लगती है....!
